• Contact & Identity — name, email, phone, address, government ID (where legally necessary for screening/closing).
• Application & Tenancy — income/employment, rental history, references, screening outcomes (credit/eviction/criminal where permitted by law).
• Payments & Accounting — transactions, last-4 of card or masked bank info via our processors; we don’t store full payment details.
• Property & Service — maintenance requests, work orders, inspection photos/reports, vendor quotes, MLS listing media.
• Website/Portal Use — device info, IP, logs, and cookies/analytics described below.
• Third-Party Sources — screening providers, employer/landlord references, public records, MLS and marketing partners.
• Sensitive Data — collected only when necessary and lawful (e.g., SSN for screening/1099, background checks for housing). We minimize, secure, and limit use to the stated purpose.

• Service Providers — screening/background services, payment processors, maintenance vendors, photographers, title/escrow, MLS and showing tools, CRM/email and cloud hosting.
• Brokerage/MLS — listing data/media may be syndicated to MLS and real-estate sites; some data remains available for historical/comp purposes.
• Compliance & Safety — regulators, law enforcement, or to protect people/property and enforce leases/contracts.
• Business Transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred consistent with this Policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some states consider certain analytics/advertising disclosures a “sale” or “share”; see Privacy Rights.
